I set up Help is Here in 2012 to help others towards better and more holistic wellness which is an experience of how our body and mind are working balanced together.
Life has put me in various difficult situations which have molded me to be empathetic, friendly, consistent, intuitive and resilient.
My Wellness Coaching might be useful when you feel you have tried everything. I have a holistic approach to coaching. As a Coach I want to guide you to have the capacity to gain understanding of yourself, as well as towards more energetic feeling, lighter thinking and stronger body.

Muscle training is my number one thing. I want to be strong at old age and maintain the mobility as long as I live. Whatever the starting point for exercise is I will always move the body according to its possibilites or limits. APT
NLP, Neurolinguistic Programming have had a great impact in my life. NLP provides simple tools that are effective and really makes a difference how we think, feel and act.
I know muscles and that is my strength. Understanding human anatomy creates safe training methods according to the possible limitations in the body.

I learned to understand that our thoughts are united with the body and they function together constantly. This equation made me realise that we are psychophysical entities with the relations between physical stimuli and mental phenomena.
I am a second author of a Finnish book that was written for those who are doing intensive brain work, and who feel that their thoughts are just circulating. I also write articles about wellbeing from different viewpoints.
